Liscate (Milano), March 2nd, 2020 – An epidemic emergency generated by the virus SARS-CoV-2 is affecting some districts of Lombardia region in Italy. Resitape is located in Lombardia, but not in the affected districts.

A Regional regulation of Lombardy on February 21st 2020 ordered a work suspension for companies within the municipalities in the affected districts. Resitape is not located in these districts and is not affected by this suspension.

Resitape is currently operating at normal condition, producing and delivering at the usual rate. The Company established precautionary measurements and behavioural rules to be strictly followed by the staff.

In particular:

  • Strongly recommended staff members with cough and/or cold to use face masks in the Company

  • Obliged staff members with flu symptoms, breathing difficulties or fever to stay at home

  • Organized supplementary sanitation of the work environment

  • Placed behavioural instructions in the workspace in order to help staff members to be compliant with the regional regulations on SARS-CoV-2 topic

Resitape has also inquired its suppliers to confirm and assure the availability of raw materials from their side and the respect of the highest safety standards. Based on the current situation, they foresee no impact also from their side on their products supply.

Therefore, Resitape declares, as of today, that the SARS-CoV-2 is not and will not be a reason of delay in the Company supply to its customers.
