Resitape has successfully completed the full company relocation into the new production plant in Gessate (Milano), only 11 km from the previous site in Liscate (Milano) where the company was previously located since 1994.
The relocation decision was driven by the necessity of wider production spaces and increasing industrial capacity to support the ongoing Company’s growth.
The new building is almost 3 times bigger compared to the previous one. In particular, from an overall 3.200 sqm in Liscate, the overall total site area in Gessate is around 8.000 sqm, with also an internal covered warehouse of 700 sqm.
A proper architectural project was considered since the beginning aimed for industrial efficiency, tidiness, increased control, full contiguity of the industrial processing steps and possibility of further space for the next growth.
